Returns & Refunds
If there is any issue, are unhappy with your delivery or in the unfortunate event of an item arriving damaged and/or faulty, please contact us immediately.
If you decide that you don't want your item(s) you can return it to us within 14 days from the delivery date. The returned product must be new, in perfect condition and in unopened, original packaging. If the item is not faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we can take no responsibility for items lost in transit.

We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days. However, during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made.
